Can I get a divorce first and then fight for child custody after in Clatsop County Oregon?

YES, it is possible, provided it is done with the consent of the judge. Procedurally, the court renders a General Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage that contains a provision "reserving jurisdiction" of the "ancillary issues" of custody and parenting time (and any other issues that are being deferred) to be subsequently adjudicated and resolved by entry of a Supplemental Judgment.
