Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

have been married to the same person since 1974 witha divorce in 2000 but re-married in 2001.

I was initially married in ~1974~California~divorced in 2004~Oregon and remarried Iowa 20004~lived in Oregon since 2004. My question is am I entitled to the 50/50 law in Oregon?

Also I am 59 yrs old~caring for a mildly autistic son who still needs assistance which I provide am I entitled to support for him as he has special needs?

I have some physical limitations myself and am unemployed with no income. Am I entitiled to legal aid?

My husband moved out and is out of work on workman's compensation.

Our income is limitied to survival at best.

I hope to find a way to aquire some legal advice.~thank you

If you mean some sort of entitlement to a 50% share of the marital property, Oregon does not have a 50/50 law. The court awards each party what it determines is reasonable under the circumstances.
