should my mom be paying me the child support my dad pays if i no longer live with her

No. Child support (although for the benefit of the child) is legally due and payable from parent to parent, NOT from parent to child. If your father was order to pay support to your mother and you are no longer living with your mother, you father should not to paying ANY support to her (nor to you).
