Legal Question in Immigration Law in Oregon

I was granted asylum on 2005. I was arrested in june 2009 for being drunk and released the next day at 5:00am without any court date. Are they any special boxes that i need to check on the for I-485 such as for committing any crime of moral turpitude? or Arrested, cited, charged for breaking or violating any law or ordinance. How will this affect my case. I had never been arrested before in my life dont even have parking or speeding tickets.

Yes, this arrest has to be disclosed when applying for adjustment of status (form I-485).
