Legal Question in Immigration Law in Oregon

I am from India, am here in USA on a work visa since January 2009, I am married for 7 years now. Since one year me and my wife are staying apart.

All this while she was telling me that she will come to the US from her job but now she is threatening me that she will write mails to USCIS and to my employer and make sure that they will deport me back to India.

my question is

1. If she create problem to my immigration status?
