Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oregon

My question is my wifes brother pushed me backwards down a hill at my father inlaws house, I have medical implants in my spine and a fall like this could have paralyzed me or killed me, now I have a neck brace and several other things wrong with me now. I want to know who can I go after for my medical costs and stuff, my brother inlaw , my father inlaw since it was on his property and his son that did damage to me, or both my brother inlaw and father inlaw?

We have a police report and hospital records from this and possibly need surgery on my neck. I live in Oregon.

You would have a case against both your brother in law and your father in law.

I do not handle cases like this, but the law firm of Kafoury McDougal in Portland does. You can reach them at 503-224-2647 or [email protected]. They provide an initial consultation visit for you at no charge, and they usually take cases on a "contingency" basis, which means that you do not have to pay them, unless they succeed in obtaining money for you from the entity that harmed you.
