Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oregon

I slipped and fell in Waremart in Independence, Oregon September 13, 2010. I went into the produce area to get a jar of salad dressing, and slipped in some water on the floor. I didn't call an ambulance, but did go to the E.R. I need to know if I have a case, and if so, what do I need to do?

You may have a tort claim against the store. I do not handle cases like this, but the law firm of Kafoury McDougal in Portland does. You can reach them at 503-224-2647 or [email protected]. They provide an initial consultation visit for you at no charge, and they usually take cases on a "contingency" basis, which means that you do not have to pay them, unless they succeed in obtaining money for you from the entity that harmed you.
