I was throwing water balloons at a person in a public park when he threw rock at my car door and dented and chipped the paint. We both have insurance. What should i do

Make a claim on your own insurance policy. Get his name and address and name of his insurance company and make a claim on it as well. Or forget about it, because the paperwork will cost you more in time than it is worth to get the paint fixed.
