Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oregon
I was in a relationship and we purchased a second house in my girlfriend name - however, my name is on the title. We broke up and I moved into this property - We signed an agreement that she is only carrying the loan but I am to make all payment and will get all the money from the sale since she did not put any money into this. I have since moved to California for a job but am still making all the payment until it sells. Is this piece of paper binding?

I would say that it likely is, but without reading it, can't give you more advice than that. Regardless, it sounds like you need to talk with an attorney regarding unwinding your relationship's real estate dealings in a way that's fair to you. Good luck,
