Legal Question in Social Security Law in Oregon
Can a lawyer speed up the social security disability process? I have applied, been denied and have
a lawyer, but my husband seems to think a lawyer can speed up the process.

A lawyer cannot place a case ahead of another filed prior to the one he is advocating for. One goes into a "line" and stays there. It is possible on ocassion to get an OTR or On-The Record early decision without a hearing if doctors are willing to be very specific in thir opinions on their patient's functionality
