Legal Question in Social Security Law in Oregon

Im trying to get SS benifits for my son I dont know how or who to apply through. He has been dignosed with Spinabifia he has scoliosis he has had 2 surgerys on his neck and lower back for Chair Malformation type one (which is very rare) tethering of his spinal cord and he will have to have one or two more surgerys to come.
