Undocumented informa tion needed for pension

I received injuries in combat that were not documented. Please tell me how to proceed.

The easiest way is to obtain statements from eye witnesses such as members of your platoon or company. If they are notarized it will help. Otherwise every company has a combat action log which can be used for this purpose as well. Good Luck!!
