Copy of a will.
If you have a copy of a will but the original has been lost, what are the ramifications?

Depends on what you are attempting to do. There is a presumpion in MO that if a person cannot find the original Will then the maker of it destroyed it for a reason. However, since this is a presumption it can be rebutted, depending on the circumstances of the case. If the person is still alive, it would be advisable to have a new Will made and the original put in a safe place where someone else knows to find it.
