Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oregon
Trust?
We have a hand written document that has been left from the deceased, that is not witnessed, but is dated and signed, lists the trustees and how everthing is to be divided, giving everyone in the family something, including, friends and donations. At the top of the document, the word Will is written, but later mentions trustees, could this be considered a Trust?

Re: Trust?
It could be a will and irrevocable trust. You need to have a good attorney or two look at it. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
