Legal Question in Workers Comp in Oregon

Payout of Settlement

When settlement is reached between the parties involved and a check is issued to the injured party does the check have to remain in the bank for 10 days under Oregon law to clear or can funds be dispersed before that time frame has been reached? If it does have to remain at the bank for 10 days is that 10 business days, or 10 calendar days?
