Are you a Pakistani national?

If yes then for that purpose you have to make an agent, who will represent you in the court. He may be your father or any other relative. You may appoint your lawyer as your attorney as well. For that purpose you have to attest a power of attorney from Pakistani embassy and send it to Pakistan. But keep this thing into your mind that even than the court may ask for your personal appearance. But this is the discretion of the court.
