Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
my wife and me are pakistani citizens. We have a joint account and i have deposited a big amount of money. She wants divorce. What happens with my money?

As far banking law is concerned; the accounts will equally be divided unless your joint partner consent or assign you power of attorney. However, you can file a civil suit for rendition of the accounts if you have sold grounds that the funds laying in the joint account are specifically yours.
