Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pakistan
My parents have filled my case in the F3 catagory , my case was approved by the NVC and last month i appeard in immigration visa interview in pakistan . Immigration officer after the interview told me that my case is approved for visa for me and my children , only my husband case is pending for adminstrative processing once it is done he will get the visa stamped . My question is that what is this adminstrative processing , is it routine for all cases & how long does it take ?

Administrative processing is a 'special' processing sometimes required for certain visa applicants. It can take from a few weeks to a few months or even longer. In most cases, it's resolved within a matter of a few weeks.
