Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Hi can you provide me with some info on the following please:

Father owns a house and passes away, power of attorney is granted to a son after his death.

Son passes away also after a couple of years who had the power of attorney and one son is still living in the house with his family.

There are 10 brothers and sisters altogether and they all want their share of the house.

Son who is living in the house refuses to give anything.

What can the brothers and sisters do to get their haq and what they desreve? In the legal manner?

my dear please note that a power of attorney can not be made or granted by a deceased person. if it is made on the name of a deceased person than its only a forged document ,result of a fraud and have no legal effect. if a power of attorney made by a person , it is only valid in the life time of the person granting it,it ceases to have any affect the moment the person who grants it (executor) dies.

in your case all the brothers and sisters have the right to claim their share, but you have to adopt a legal recourse for it, if you require more information in this regard than contact by phone or mail: 92-323-4638149
