Legal Question in Disability Law in Pennsylvania

discrimination against disabled

i have tourette syndrome.

i was recently at the farm

where my girlfriend lives and

where i have been welcome to

use a computer that belongs to

the owners of the farm for my

work for several years.

While using the computer for

work purposes on nov 15 2008

, the male owner told me not to

use the computer anymore and

said ''because you have

Tourettes and i don't want it

damaged!'' (yelled it)

On another ocassion I over

heard him say '' i cant eat with

him and all that touretting''.

Can i sue for discrimination?

Re: discrimination against disabled

Are you saying that someone let you use their personal computer, and then said you could not use it? You don't work at the farm, for the people who own the computer, right?

If so, the answer is no. You can't sue for discrimination. There's no law that says that people have to let you use their computers, and there's no law that says that people can't say anything about your tourettes.
