Rule 236
Can this Rule 236 Judgement when filed with the Court of Common Pleas be appealed ? What would the next step be if this can be appealed ? Any help would be greatly appreciated....Thanks

RULE 236 deals with notice of a judgment. If you did not goto trial it probably means a default judgment has been entered. A petition to open the judgment filed within 10 days of the entery of the judgment is the surest and quickest way to remove the judhgment and allow you to contest the underlying matter. After ten days the burden of proving that you acted timely and that you had a good reason for the delay is imposed. I offer free consultations.
