Appellee complaint form

I sued a former tenant for past due rent in magistrate's court. I won. He appealed to county court. I got a letter notifying me I had 20 days to file a complaint in this case. I think I have to submit a numbered list like 1. I own property at. 2.I rented an aprtement to. 3.Rent was. 4. tenant moved in unauthorized person on date. 5.tenant owes $ for back rent. 6. tenant owes money for unauthorized person. 7. Interest owed on back rent is. etc... Of course I'd put in personal info likes names, dates, amount but I'm keeping the info general in this question so I'm omitting those parts. SO how close am I? Do I need a specific form or make up my own like above? Do I end my complaint statement in any particular way? I know that the complaint is only for what I asked for in municipal court but the interest is for general knowlegde not for this case. Back to the case... can you give me more info on what to do? I can get a lawyer but if I win tenant will most likely not pay the judgment anyway. I took him to court in the 1st place so that I'd have a judgment that can be renewed in 10 years when he gets some property or attach his pay. It's basicall an insurance policy for the future and to let tenants know that eventually they have to pay

To be quite honest, you would be a fool if you decided to draft a complaint on your own. Your complaint can and will be dismissed if the Defendant retains counsel based upon it (the complaint) not adhering to the proper form.

Also once you retain counsel, your Attorney would inform you in detail of your ability to win at the Arbitration level and as it relates to any possibility of collecting from the Defendant in a collection action. Failure to retain legal counsel will only guarantee your never receiving your alleged damages!
