Bankruptcy and the IRS
Once you file Chapter 7 will that cover a monies owed to the IRS. Also will it cover any voluntary reposessions?

Generally, IRS debts are not eliminated by bankruptcy. I do not know what you mean by voluntary repossessions. You may be able to stop repossessions that have not occurred yet.
If you live in the 5-county Philadelphia area or Lancaster, Berks, or Lehigh counties, a bankruptcy petition would be filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Philadelphia, which is where I practice. Please feel free to contact me if I may be of assistance.
