Re: Bankruptcy- No Lawyer
I don't recommend you file a bankruptcy petition without an attorney. The laws are very complex and in order to get the protection you want from the bankruptcy court, you need to understand the implications of these laws. You should speak to an attorney (myself or another qualified lawyer) about your situation immediately. If you insist on not using a lawyer, you can find some of the forms you'll need on the internet, but I've found no site that can give you the knowledge of how to properly fill them out to your best advantage. Please call me if I can be of help.
