Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
I am considering buying a proberty with Bar and liquor license business in Philadelphia. The current owner has offered to lease the business for 1yr. with the option to buy at a set price. I then found out that a liquor license can not be leased. I need legal advise on how do I lock in the deal that will guaranty me after 1yr of managing the business that owner will be obligated to sell me the business/property and liquor license as agreed.
