Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
company cashing my paycheck and giving me 15 dollars for 9 days work
I work for a restaurant in Pittsburgh PA, I fractured my arm, not on the job, Is it legal for them to cash my paycheck, they usually pay servers $10 a day for four hours under the table, I had them put me on the books, went in for my pay check today they said they cashed it, and gave me $15 cash, their reasoning was that they paid to put me on and off the books, and the owner is usually drunk and sexually and mentally abusive to the employees, but everyone else likes to be paid under the table. what actions should I take from here? I've been greeted with the owner drunk with a hooker naked when I walked in the front door, I've had him drunk, stick his finger in my vagina while I was preparing salad dressing, smack my rear end, and I've witnessed him beating a prep cook with a spatula, thing is, I'm a single mom and the hours are perfect for me to care for my daughter, they told me today, they want me back but they won't put me on the books. please tell me what actions I should take, Thank you

Review the material on the states web site and decide what you want to do.
