Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
What is my culpability when directed to commit fraud by my boss?
I have been directed by my boss (the business owner)to ''doctor'' material certifications and create fraudulent process certifications to satisfy government regulations when doing government work. What is my culpability if this practice should be discovered? I need this job and I am scared to death to do anything to jeopardize it. ( I have four kids in college )
Thanks.

You should proceed cautiously. I would not participate if I were you. You would be culpable criminally. I suggest you seek the advice of legal counsel. You can not help your children in jail. Gerald Hershenson Esq. 215-579-9390
