Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania

Just found out our corporation was revoked in the state of Nevada where it is incorporated. we do business in the state of Pennsylvania. my question is this: once revoked can a corporation re-establish? and also, since doing business in Pennsylvania do we have to do anything in Pennsylvania government, i.e. file for corporation?

As a Franchise Attorney I can this. It depends on why the corporate status was revoked. Most states required foreign (out of state corporations, like yours in Nevada) to file to do business in their state. So you definitely need to consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area to see about qualifying your Nevada corporation in PA.
