Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
Fraud non profit
The non profit agency that I am associated with has a board member that is ''borrowing money'' and hiding it. We recently have discovered hard evidence of this. We are not sure how to pursue further.

Re: Fraud non profit
My suggestion is to confront the board member and give them an opportunity to pay the money back before resorting to any legal remedy.
Re: Fraud non profit
Contact your local District Attorney's office and request assistance.
Also locate an attorney to help the board with this situation.
Good luck to you.
Re: Fraud non profit
I agree with the Mr. Brown. When you contact an attorney you could pursue a civil matter against the board member seeking damages under breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty, and several other leagl theories. Good luck.
