Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania

Fraud non profit

The non profit agency that I am associated with has a board member that is ''borrowing money'' and hiding it. We recently have discovered hard evidence of this. We are not sure how to pursue further.

My suggestion is to confront the board member and give them an opportunity to pay the money back before resorting to any legal remedy.

Re: Fraud non profit

Contact your local District Attorney's office and request assistance.

Also locate an attorney to help the board with this situation.

Good luck to you.
