Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
My husband was in a full partnership with someone running a business the building the business was run out of was owned by the partner. The business paid rent to him. He has changed the locks of the building and has told my husband he can no longer work there but the business is still in my husbands name as well as his. Can he legally lock him out this way. ?

If the other partner owns the building, yes. He can lock your husband out. However, your husband can sue for a partition of the business, its assets, and his loss of profits.
