Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania

My husbands business has gone belly up we cannot pay the credit cards associated with the business, can the cc companies place a judgment aginst our personal property, garnish wages, we owe aprox. $60k.

The information you provided is much too sketchy to give you an opinion. Did your husband run his buiness as a corporation or as a sole propreitorship. Are the credit cards personal cards or under the business. there is no garnishment of wages in pennsylvania if you work in pennsylvania. I suggest you contact an attorney to discuss the legal ramifacations and the legal strategies available to you.
