Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
I want to incorporate, or maybe a LLC, using a name of a defunct company - say Pan Am - the company I'm thinking of went out of business 100 years ago - but to my question - can I do it?

Assuming you are incorporating or organizing in Pennsylvania, you can check on name availability with the corporation bureau in Harrisburg.
