Investment Limited Partnerships

Could you tell me what, if any,are the quarterly/annual filing requirements that a General Partner(s) of a securities investment Limited Partnership must submit to the SEC or Pennsylvania Securities Commission, and are there any licensing requirements that the General Partner(s) must have?

You asked about required filings necessary regarding a limited partnership.

There are many questions that need to be asked here and the subject is much too broad to address on this board. If you are asking as an investor then then you need to speak with an attorney immediately to protect your investment.

If you are a principal then you need to speak with an attorney yesterday to protect yourself from investigation, suit and many other potential bad things to follow.
