Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
If we have a judgment against a individual who ownes a businss can we go after her business assets even if we dont have her business listed as a defendant? We do not have a judgment against her business only against her, but she is the sole owner of her business.

Yes. If she is a sole proprietor you can go after her business assets even if they are registered under a fictitious name. You may want to check the Pennsylvania Corporations page with the Pa. Department of State first, though, before you spend the money trying to execute only to find out it is a corporation.
