Liens placed on personal assets in a Commercial dispute
In a dispute over a Security Deposit for my business, my landlord has placed a lein on my house and personal bank account for the accelerated amount of the 3 year lease. What are my options this seems very arbitrary.

Did you personally guarantee the lease. Was the lease written in the name of the business entity?
