Getting money from Capital Account of LLC
Can I demand payment of monies in my capital account from an LLC that I am 33% owner?

Typically withdrawals from LLC member capital accounts are addressed in the LLC's operating agreement. The usual scenario is that withdrawals are not authorized unless specifically set forth in the operating agreement.
