If it is worth forming an LLC, it is worth doing it properly. Any operating agreement you may find online may be helpful, but you can not be sure it is appropriate for whatever business you may be doing. There are questions that need to be asked to get the proper advice. Go to an attorney to set up the company and the operating agreement.
