Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
Pothole in parking lot
On a road with a shoulder in front of a business, I hit a
pothole which was technically their parking lot. Is it
possible to get the business to pay my auto insurance
deductible? Within 2 hours of my incident, they had
cones up and were repairing it.

Re: Pothole in parking lot
Send a letter to the business requesting that they forward your information to their liability insurance carrier requersting contact within 10 days. If they do not contact you a calim can be made at the district court for the municipality they are located in. An attorney might be able to help obtain your money quicker.
