Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
Small buisness name already taken??
i am currently starting my own computer repair business and am curious if i am able to still use the UTECH name i was planning on using because apparently there is a company called the same thing in Australia that is also a computer repair business. I was wondering what kind of issues legally i may run into using the same name or if i was even going to be able to do that, not sure if it matters but my business is in the US
