Any attorney would certinaly need to know more about your prospective non-profit corporation. At a minimum you would need to create an appropriate name, identify at least one director, file articles of incorporation and a docketing statement. If you wish to be exempt from federal taxation, you would also need to file a 501(c)(3) application. Forming any type of corporation, but especially a non-profit, can be a difficult process. I would suggest contacting an attorney.
