Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania

Statue of limitations to sue

I used a photographer in 2000 that I now believe I should have sued at the time. She did not come through with what was promised. Is it too late to sue her? I live in NJ and her business is in PA.

PA has a 4 year statute for contract actions. You may have to act quickly to secure your rights. I offer free consultations.

I concur with Mark. Check the dates, not only on the contract but also the date(s) of service(s), to be sure you have not let the limitation period pass. Unless she maintains an office in NJ or has registered to do business here, you may have to sue her in PA.
