year end incentive moeny
is it legal to keep an agreed upon end of the year incentive cut of the profit of a business from the employee who earned it? it is now being given in portions this year based on the profit of the first quarter. LEGAL?

Was the agreement written or verbal- this goes to how hard it is going to be to prove to a court?
Was the agreement with a specific pay out date?
Was this the first year or did the agreement exist in prior years?
Depending on the terms the money may be recoverable under a Pa law that awards attorney fees to collect unpaid wages.
