Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania
civil law suit
I am not a businessman and do not own or work for any company that does home remodeling.I installed a wood laminate floor for a friend and the material she bought was faulty.after the floor was finished it was chipping and still is flaking after 3 months.there was no contract and no guarantee of workmanship.She supplied the material.how can i be held responsible in a civil complaint

Were you paid? You're responsible if your workmanship is faulty.
