is there a way i could go about getting a court order to get my money and other belongings the allegheny detectives took for evidence

once your case is over, you can get it.
if you are found guilty or you plea guilty, you can't get it if it was used in the commission of the crime.
if your case gets thrown out or you are found not guilty, you can get it all.
either way, you have a to file a "motion for the return of property" and prove that the stuff was not used for a criminal purpose.
