Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

discharge from job

a friend of mine was discharged from his job.he has been employed there for 10 years,never abused sick time,never tardy,never any misconduct.recently he has been making paper errors.he was called in to his supervisor about it and asked what he thought the problem might be.he told the supervisor that he thought he might be having problems with his eyes.he told him that he would see an eye doctor.the next day he was called in and was dismissed from his job.my question is does he have any legal rights because they did not give him any time to try and correct the problem to see if in fact if it was a medical issue?pertaining to hoe eyesight .does he have a legal grievence ? also with he be entitled to file a unemployment claim?he also has personal time,vacation time and sick time accumalated.does he a right to be paid his time earned?

Your friend may have been discriminated due to disability. Have them give me a call or e-mail me directly and I will send the friend a short questionnaire, so that I can determine how much the friend is entitled to recover.
