Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

I just found out my neighbor and family friend of 14 years has been molesting my 5 year old daughter. The police are doing everything possible to collect enough evidence to arrest him but meanwhile I have to see him in his yard daily and it's killing me. My question is can I legally place a sign in my yard that reads...Harold Ebright is being investigated for allegedly molesting a 5 year old child!! Could I also post them around town or would this be considered harassment??

Don't do that. And don't post his name on the web like you did here. You could be sued, criminally charged, and you could harm the police investigation. Stop it.
