Invasion of Privacy and Theft by an employer

i have a locker at work my locker was emptied and the contents were destroyed. when asked my employer why. i was told it was because i suposadley given another locker but never was. When i had asked my boss what happend to the contents she said that she did clear out and dispose of the contents in my locker. i wanted to know if i had a case by way of Invasion of privacy and theft.

You don't have an invasion of privacy claim, but you do have the right to have your property returned to you or the value of it returned to you. That's a very strange thing for an employer to do, to destroy employee belongings without giving you the chance to retreve them.
