Us juggalo's of hazleton were put down at funfest because we started a chant because we did not like that the hispanic's took over funfest in a way? And one cop said it was freedom of speech and they had no right to stop us?
Is it legal if we start a chant again?
Can they arrest us?

you can always get arrested, it a matter of whether you will be convicted. the issue deals with the permit for the funfest. on the permit what does it say about speech? is there a noise ordinance in your town? what does it say? also, what is the chant? these issue are not as simple as folks think.
