I purchased furniture Dec 2002 with cash. I have a witness but no receipt. The furniture company is sueing me saying I didnt pay for this furniture. This is over 5 years ago.Do they have the right to sue me now?

how did you get it out of the store? did you put it under your shirt? if they say you bought it on credit or consignment, where is the signed contract? [email protected]
