Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

Right to Privacy
Hello, i am writing in regards of my belief, that my right to privacy has been infringed upon by my Residential Advisers (employee's of Student Housing), when they stepped into my, paid for, living unit and, without 24 hour notice, warrant or permission, searched through my person (private living area, dressers and draws.) Afterward they slandered my clean name, by accusing me, without a doubt, of drinking (alcohol) on campus and doing marijuana; because such items were found in the adjacent room. I feel violated, i feel my Constitutional right have no meaning anymore, and i feel upset, and cannot think well knowing they do not care for the safety of my privacy...thank you.

Is this a state or quasi-state school? If not (if it's private) what does your housing agreement state about privacy?
